Exhibitor Logistics: Shipping, Setup, and On-Site Information

To ensure a smooth experience at our upcoming conference, please review the following guidelines for shipping your exhibition materials.


1. Shipping Your Materials to the Hotel

  • Deadlines for Arrival:
    1. Shipments from within the EU should arrive no more than one week before the event.
    2. Shipments from outside the EU must be sent at least two weeks in advance to allow for customs processing.
  • After You Ship: Please send an email notification with your tracking number to our hotel contacts, Tomislav Vuksanović (tomislav.vuksanovic@alh.hr) and Veronika Duda (veronika.duda@alh.hr).

2. Delivery Address and Labeling

  • Please address all packages exactly as follows to ensure they are routed correctly:
  • HOTEL CROATIA d.d. Frankopanska 10 20210 Cavtat, Croatia Attn: Gdja Veronika Duda (for TAICEP)
  • Note: Including "Gdja Veronika Duda (for TAICEP)" is essential for the hotel staff to identify your materials for our event.

3. On-Site Logistics

  • Material Collection: Upon your arrival at the hotel, please ask for Ms. Veronika Duda at the reception desk to retrieve your shipped items.
  • Exhibition Setup: Tuesday, from 7:30 AM onwards. The exhibition officially opens at 8:00 AM.
  • Exhibition Breakdown: Wednesday, any time after 5:00 PM.

4. Return Shipments After the Conference

Exhibitors are responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipment of all materials.

  • Preparation: Please package your items securely in boxes with a clear return shipping label already affixed.
  • Arrange Pickup: Contact your preferred courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, DPD) to schedule a pickup from the hotel.
  • Storage: The hotel will hold your packaged materials in secure storage for a maximum of two weeks while awaiting pickup by your courier.
