  • Reservations can be canceled without any charge for up to 7 days before the arrival date.
  • If the reservation is canceled 7-4 days before the arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the participant's given credit card for a 2-night stay.
  • If the reservation is canceled within a period or 4 days before the arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the participant's given credit card for the total envisaged period of stay.
