This session will focus on the importance of relationship management in verifying foreign qualifications. We will cover experiences, techniques, and resources that improve the turnaround times in verification processing from active to nonresponsive information partners. Various methods will be discussed to equip attendees with the tools to facilitate verification processes on multiple platforms. We will also highlight various verification requirements employed by recognised institutions, ministries, and third-party agencies/ companies. The session is also an information-sharing session where active participation is encouraged to facilitate the exchange of ideas and knowledge. It is also a training session for attendees to further enhance their capabilities and performance. Lastly, we will demonstrate relationship management tips and tricks employed in verification.
